Farrell's!

Since Kathy was once a dedicated Farrell's employee (although she doesn't want to talk about it...hmm, must be pretty sordid), everyone should know that they are restarting the business back up!

On November 4, Farrell's is reopening in Mission Viejo!

This was one of my favorite places. I just hope that the things that Kathy REFUSED to talk about there didn't involve various bodily fluids getting into the Zoo.

I actually knew this as Farrells has fb & my space pages. I wish they would reopen here on the east coast.

I think a lotta them closed and a few stayed open, and some reopening. I worked there one summer in the kitchen, dishwashing, preparing food, and running that 'gauntlet' with litter with the fake monster sundae (the bowl was full of towels) and busing tables. Food was only average, so I guess it relied on the gimmicks and themes. It was the one in the Montclair Plaza, it was demolished a few years later to expand the parking lot and then I think they added some outlying retail buildings to the mall now.

Talk about a corporate screwing through inept mismanagement, Farrell's is the poster child for it.

If only Kathy would tell us her great Farrell's stories. The audiobook left me just hanging there. I am traumatized.
