"Meet & Greets"

Lately there has been a ton of questions about "Meet & Greets".
Although it has been covered before, I wanted
to address this topic again for all of the new members.

There are no scheduled Meet & Greets at this time.
If anything should ever be scheduled, it will be posted on the site.
Up till now, the only scheduled Meet & Greet was for the signing of the
'Allegedly' DVD.

Waiting for Kathy after the show.
Due to many factors, Kathy usually leaves right away.
It is NOT recommended that people wait for Kathy after a show.
This way nobody's feelings get hurt if/when Kathy heads straight to her car.

Donation Offers
Offers to make a charitable donation for a Meet & Greet are not accepted.
Previous "Official" Charity type offers have been conducted through eBay.
Further opportunities will be posted on Kathy's website.

i really wish she would do one for her lancaster ca show. There are a lot of people up here that really want to meet her, espically since the show is already on the verge of being sold out after 2 days. Her gays up here have been dying to see her perform and for some of us this is the only chance we will get to see her.

Kathy if you read this please think about it, you'll be treated like an a-lister by the people up here.

I have tix for that show, too. But I'm not even going to wait around afterwards. I understand if she wants to get home.. I would, too.

I think that me and Pirate Twin would probably apprciate if she took some time to meet some of her fans. It's my first time seeing her live and I would die if I got the chance to just say hi and maybe get a pic with her.
I saw that she doesnt have any shows for several days afterwards and lancaster is maybe like an 1hour away from the burbank area.
Kathy if you read this Forum please think about taking a little time to meet some of your biggest fan, the worst thing youcould have to deal with is if someone brings one of the DVDs that you have out and asks you to sign it.

Good idea.

It's hard to pay attention when the ceiling is spinning, you're trying not to hurl and there's someone banging on the door who actually wants to use the bathroom to take a leak.

Hi everyone! I am new so I'll do my best. My husband and I met Kathy in Fort Worth. I bid on tickets to her show and dinner with Kathy through an auction to benefit Bette Midler's Restoration Project. Due to her schedule she only had time for a meet and greet prior to the show. We were totally fine with that especially after looking at her tour schedule with so many back to back performances. She is so very kind, hilarious, normal, and beautiful on the inside and out. My husband calls her "incredibly refreshing." Tom is awesome - super nice and very cute. So if you see this Kathy and Tom - thank you again for the visit and for a fantastic show! Also, I recommend any Kathy fan to bid on a meet and greet - especially since it goes to a great cause. Well worth your time and money.
