Is the Current Tour the "Balls of Steel" Tour?

I just watched "Balls of Steel" on TV and I thought I'd check into seeing Kathy live (finally!). But if I see her current tour will I be seeing the exact same thing I just watched? If so, I'll wait until the next one. Thanks for the info!

Good question....I'm seeing her in Jan. but it doesnt matter...Kathy is worth seeing again and again!

Kathy does not name her tours, this was just the name Bravo tagged to this special.

Kathy is not a classic standup who usually has a set slate of jokes. Her show follows daily headlines and gossip and no two shows are the same. And she makes up new bits right up until the moment she takes to the stage. Sure, she will have some material you have seen, but each day her show changes.

In this case Balls of Steel was taped a while ago, so a bunch of the content from it is already not in use.

In short....you never know what Kathy will do on any given night which is what makes her so much fun

I can say having seen kathy several times now over the years that most of whatever was in the tv specials has never been repeated. Might be a couple lines here and there but 90% of the show has always been new.
