Where did you get Jessica?

Jessica seems like a really cool and down to Earth person, and fits in well with you. How did you find her to become your personal assistant? did you use an agency?

My goal is to make someones life so much easier so that they just can't live without me there, to make them happy and take the stress from their daily lives and make it mine. So, I guess this is more of an "Ask Jessica", but where'd you get her?

I love Jess. She's such a sweetheart. What makes her so damn good at
her job is...she laughs at my jokes. Other than that, I don't know what the
hell she does. Ok, I'll be kind of serious. She worked at a hair salon.
The person who recommended her said, all she knew was that this Jessica girl was the most hyper organized person she'd ever met. Yummy! We've had so many goofy fun times together. Everything from a Nine Inch Nails show at the Bowl to white trash food dinners at Lance Bass's house.

Her favorite city is Chicago. She's a vegetarian. Likes skinny musicians with dark eyes and hangs out with Matt Dallas (better known as KYLE XY on ABC Family) Oh I could go on and on. KG

Jessica is GREAT!! However, I'm thinking that Kathy needs a larger staff. Would it not be hilarious to watch someone with a large stick walk around with Kathy and flog everyone who doesn't immediately acknowledge her presence?

Unlike most of the posters, I'd rather have an assitant like Jessica than be an assistant like Jessica. I could get so much more done with someone between me and the rest of the world who also helped with the minutae. Glad you've got someone who's great.
